3.1. During the Use of GreenUp Browser: GreenUP Browser is an online navigator developed by our company on the open-source platform Mozilla Firefox, generating affiliate links during its use. When using the GreenUP Browser, the affiliate commissions generated from your online transactions are directed to our company, GreenUP World Community Interest Company, to support various ecological initiatives. This is part of the execution of the contract concluded between you and our company, with all contractual clauses available in the Terms and Conditions you must accept when installing the GreenUP Browser on your device.

To fulfill this contractual obligation, upon installing GreenUP Browser, it will install a cookie in your device's local memory so that we can store information and collect certain personal data. Below are the types of data we collect: IP Address: This information is necessary to generate affiliate commissions from your online transactions and redirect them to our company, in accordance with the contract, in support of ecological initiatives. User Searches: When you use GreenUP Browser to search for products or information regarding brands in our portfolio (affiliate products) or to make purchases, the browser performs a redirect and records these searches through a specific cookie installed on your device. This process aims to identify searches and purchases made on our site, serving as proof of their origin. This information is used to track your contribution to ecological initiatives, ensuring that affiliate commissions are appropriately directed, according to the contract between the parties. We commit to respecting the confidentiality of your data and using this information in accordance with our data protection policy. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this section is the execution of the contract concluded between you and our company represented by the Terms and Conditions of using the browser. The data collected will be processed for the duration of the contract's validity and in accordance with its provisions. You will always have the opportunity to opt out of the collection and sharing of data at any time, according to the contractual terms, including by ceasing to use the browser.

3.2. To Provide Responses to Your Questions, Complaints, or Requests This will be done on the basis of the company's legitimate interest in responding to your requests, so that the services offered by the company reflect the highest degree of professionalism. For this purpose, we will process the following categories of personal data: name, surname, email address, and the content of the request message. The data collected will be processed for the duration of the request resolution, as well as for 3 years from the date of resolution.

3.3. When Creating a Donor Account Personal data is processed for the purpose of taking steps at the request of the data subject to enter into a contract. For this purpose, your email address will be processed for the entire duration of the user account's existence.

3.4. To Provide Responses to Your Requests Regarding the Exercise of Rights Under GDPR For this purpose, we will process the following categories of personal data: name, surname, email address, and the content of the request message. The basis for processing personal data in this section is represented by the legal obligation of the Data Operator to respond to the data subject's request. These categories of data will be processed for the entire duration of the contract or interaction with the respective authority, and, where appropriate, up to 10 years from the date of termination of the contract or interaction with the authority.

3.6. Sending Informational Materials about Products/Services/Promotions You Might Be Interested In ("Informational Materials"), Based on Your Consent Provided at the Time of Data Collection. For this purpose, we will process names, surnames, email addresses, and phone numbers. We process these data until the date you exercise your right to withdraw consent. • The right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing in Romania or the Information Commissioner's Office, or to address competent courts. All requests will be resolved promptly, in accordance with applicable legislation, and free of charge.
